Return Policy
We offer returns and refunds for damaged/defective products only.
We use third party courier services to deliver our products and, therefore, unable to guarantee that goods will not arrive undamaged. However, at The Athlete Blog we put quality first and are happy to replace any product that arrives damaged/defective within 14 days of delivery.
If your order has arrived damaged or has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact Customer Service Team via email form. We will investigate with our courier and ship your order again free of charge.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are only accepted before the order is processed. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel the order once it is sent for production. To initiate the cancellation, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via contact form.
