Shipping

All orders with a total value over €50 (euro) qualify for free worldwide shipping. It will be calculated in the cart upon checkout automatically.

We procure our products from our global partners worldwide. Usually, it takes up to 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered once the order has been processed.

Delivery to the US, Europe and some parts of Asia might be slightly faster, while deliveries to rest of the world may take a little longer. Please allow the following minimum amount of time for your order to arrive:

- USA, UK, Europe: 2 - 3 weeks
- Rest of world: 3 - 4 weeks

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

To speed up the shipping process we are shipping items as soon as they are available. This means when you order more than one item in a single order, they might come in separate deliveries. So, if you received only a part of what you ordered - don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address, as we can't estimate whether destination's customs department will hold the package and if so - for how long.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of timing & charges, please contact your local customs office.

In addition to above, courier services used will vary based on the shipping address provided. Uneventful circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, weather etc may occur and may result in a delay in the shipping of your order. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery time of your order.
