The Athlete Blog uses industry standard privacy protection. We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.

Order process
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

We can change your email address, name, and address (until products are shipped) but we cannot change the content of the order.
Shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. If the order hasn’t been processed, please contact our Customer Service Team via email form.
Order cancellation is only possible until the order has been processed. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel the order once it is sent for production.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
All of our transactions are based in Euro. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored.
The prices displayed on our site are after tax. However, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping is applied automatically to orders that meet the minimum amount required. It is calculated based on the final product price (after all discounts).
Depending on your location, shipping will take anywhere between 2 and 4 weeks. Please allow the following amount of time for your order to arrive:
– USA, UK, Europe: 2 – 3 weeks
– Rest of world: 3 – 4 weeks
Currently we don’t offer expedited shipping. However, we’re always looking for ways to serve you better and will let you know if this becomes an option.
Depending on the region our delivery times vary from 2 to 4 weeks.
If your order hasn’t arrived in 30 days or you think your order has been lost in the post please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier.

We ship items as soon as they are ready to speed up delivery time. So, when you purchase multiple items in one go they might arrive in several shipments.
Typically there is no cause for concern if you don’t receive all of your items at once. The rest of the order is on its way and will be delivered shortly.
If something is still missing 30 days after the order is placed, please contact our Customer Service Team via email form.
Returns & Refunds
First of all, please accept our apology for this inconvenience. And breathe easy – all of our products come with a 14 day damage guarantee.
Please contact our Customer Service Team via email form within 14 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, damaged, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to correct your order as soon as possible.

We offer returns/refunds for damaged/defective products only. Please make sure that you:
1. Notify our Customer Service Team via email form within 14 days of receiving your order. Any longer and we can’t help. Be sure to let us know your name, order number, the item/s you would like to return and attach the photos of the condition of the product
2. Ensure all products are unused and in original packaging
Please note you’re responsible for shipping costs (unless the product is damaged) and your return will be processed within 3-4 weeks. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed.
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. A confirmation is sent when your return has been processed.
